Western Drain Fixed It Right

Two weeks ago we made the mistake of calling Cummings to replace a water valve. Yesterday the plastic pipe connected to copper split and water was gushing. In less than 30 minutes, Anthony arrived and immediately got to work. He finished the job, did it right and water was back on. They are now at the top of our list for plumbing issues. Very professional and reasonably priced.

He didn’t give up and saved us money

This company responded on NewYears Day to fix a sewer backup. The plumber was friendly and very very determined. He spent a good 90 minutes on this problem, which turned out to be a backflow valve that would not function.

Finally, after trying cables, etc., he cleared it by using a plumger on the cleanout. I am sure most plumbers would have given up and sold me a several thousand dollar package to dig up and replce the valve. Not this plumber, and not this company. I am very impressed.

When they did arrive, both John and James were professional, listened to my concerns, and explained what might be the cause. They didn’t try to oversell the problem, or make it seem worse than it was and try to tack on other services. They were clean, did the job they needed to do and we’re able to articulate what they found and how the warranty worked for the services performed.
